Purpose of the Study

You are invited to participate in a research study exploring public attitudes toward the possible creation of a Business Improvement District (BID) in Norwalk, Connecticut. The goal is to understand how resident interests and perspectives influence support for such a district.


What You Will Be Asked to Do

If you choose to participate, you will be asked to watch a short informational video and complete a questionnaire. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.


Voluntary Participation

Your participation is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or to withdraw from the survey at any time by closing your browser window. There are no penalties for withdrawing, and no questions are required.


Confidentiality and Anonymity

Your responses are anonymous and cannot be linked to your identity. No personally identifying information will be collected. The data will be used for research, planning, and policy development purposes.
