Urban Resilience

As severe weather events become more frequent, Norwalk’s stormwater and climate change infrastructure needs to be prepared to handle surges in water and instances of flooding. In addition to lowering our carbon footprint, short-term infrastructure investments can also play an important role in mitigating the impacts of climate change.
