Urban Core Neighborhood Reconnection Planning Project Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”), in partnership with the City of Norwalk (the “City”), is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced planning, engineering, and urban design firms (“Consultants”) to provide professional services for the Urban Core Neighborhood Reconnection Planning Project. This initiative is funded through the federal Neighborhood Access and Equity (NAE) Planning Grant and aims to address longstanding physical, environmental, and social barriers created by the construction of Interstate 95 and Route 7 through Norwalk’s urban core.
