South Norwalk Station Area Study
Under the guidance of the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency and the City of Norwalk, a study of the area surrounding the South Norwalk Train Station is currently underway.
Webster Lot Redevelopment
The Webster Street Lot represents a significant opportunity in the heart of South Norwalk to generate value for the community through a high-quality redevelopment project.
Streetscape at Pinnacle Site
This project includes infrastructure and streetscape improvements as well as a mixed-use development on West Ave, partially funded through a $3M grant from the state DECD.
