Under the guidance of the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency and the City of Norwalk, a study of the area surrounding the South Norwalk Train Station is currently underway.

Through a partnership with Heritage Landscapes, an update to the Mathews Park Master Plan is in progress.

This project includes infrastructure and streetscape improvements as well as a mixed-use development on West Ave, partially funded through a $3M grant from the state DECD.

This walkable, mixed-use development includes complete street improvements, commercial space, residential units, and parking.

This project will restore two historic buildings and will include an outdoor public plaza, ground floor storefronts, residential units, and a parking garage.
